Biography

My name is Elyor. I'm 18 years old and a student at TIUE, majoring in cybersecurity. I started programming at 15 and have been working on projects that solve real problems ever since. My interest in ecology and sustainable development inspired me to create EcoBin — a platform for civic monitoring of urban street cleanliness using AI. Technology can be an instrument of positive change. Currently, I'm a coordinator of Youth Can in Tashkent. I believe that societal change starts with young people who are ready to act and turn their ideas into reality.
