Biography

Xurshedabonu Nasirova is a student at the Faculty of English Philology and Translation Studies at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. She is actively involved in English language studies, translation, literature, volunteering, and youth initiatives. Xurshedabonu is the 2nd-place winner of the institute stage of the “Student of the Year” competition in the category “The Most Knowledgeable Student of the Year in Their Specialization” and a Rector’s Scholarship recipient. She is the author of more than 25 articles, a participant in several literary anthologies, and a translator of several short stories and novellas. Her English proficiency is certified at CEFR C1 and IELTS 7.0. She has worked as a volunteer translator at major events such as the Samarkand Climate Forum, UN Public Service Forum, the 43rd General Conference of UNESCO, and events connected with the Asian Development Bank. She has also participated in Global Summit MUN, Silk Road MUN, and Veltera MUN. In 2026, she became the Founder and Organizer of Youth CAN MUN. She is a School 21 student and a graduate of the 12th season of the Samarkand School of Volunteers. She has also participated in various educational, innovation, leadership, and international programs. Her main goal is to continuously develop her skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to youth and community development.
